Ed Sands passed away last month after a short battle with lung cancer. He grew up in Northfield and studied photography at the Art Institute of Chicago. Ed was married to Tracey Farnell from the NTW '69 class and is survived by Tracey, his brother Jim, and sister Beth, who also attended NTW.
